Gosia Frączek is the founder and consultant at MFL Consulting, with expertise in operational optimisation, process improvement, and strategic roadmapping.

Trained as an aerospace engineer, Gosia began her career with organisations such as the Polish Space Agency and Rolls-Royce. She later earned an MPhil degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing, and Management from the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge, where she completed a number of operations consulting projects. As part of her studies, she also travelled to Japan and Vietnam to gain deep insights into Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.

Gosia went on to gain experience at McKinsey & Company, working on operational and strategic projects, before taking on the role of Solution Development Specialist at IfM Engage, the consultancy arm of the University of Cambridge's Institute for Manufacturing. In this role, she worked on multiple sector-specific and in-company strategic roadmapping projects and co-delivered roadmapping training. Currently, Gosia is pursuing doctoral research at the University of Cambridge, focusing on the quality of roadmapping.
